PAYMENT

Payment is due within 10 days of purchase. Payment may be made in the form of:

• Cash (send at your own risk).
• Money Orders made payable in US dollars only.
• MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and bank transfers are accepted through PayPal.
• Bidpay. This Western Union service allows you to purchase a money order online with a credit card.

About PayPal: We use PayPal to process your credit card transactions. PayPal is a fast, safe and secure way to handle these payments. PayPal no longer requires you to have an account with them to process credit card transactions. They act as a payment gateway. By proccessing your credit card payments through PayPal, Playcom will not have access to your credit card numbers or other personal financial information. We currently only accept Paypal from US buyers with a Confirmed US address. Your order will be shipped to your confirmed address only. Non-US buyers can use another payment method listed above. We do not accept Paypal from International buyers. Bidpay.com is a secure payment site for these transactions.

SHIPPING:

Upon receipt of your cash or money order payment, your order will be shipped the same or next business day.

Paypal credit card payments are also shipped the next business day. Paypal echecks or bank transfer payments need to clear before they are shipped. Upon receipt of the Cleared Payment Notification from Paypal, your order will be shipped the next business day.

Bidpay money orders take approximately 7-10 days to arrive. Upon receipt of it, your order will be shipped the next business day.

Items shipped within the United States are shipped by insured United Parcel Service. You also have the option of shipping by United States Postal Service. Postal insurance is optional for this service and will be calculated according to your order total.

Items shipped outside the United States are shipped by USPS Airmail. Please contact us for a shipping quote. We do not ship economy due to past problems with packages being lost or arriving damaged. Insurance is optional.

RETURNS:

Defective Items: Any defective item will be replaced within 15 days of purchase if a like item is available, in the case of the like item being unavailable you will be refunded the item cost.

Returns / Exchange Policy: Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied as long as the item is in new condition. Refund will be issued in the form of Paypal or Company Check, depending on your original payment form. Return shipping costs are refundable if the return is a result of our error.

How to Return or Exchange an Item: Please email returns@theplaycom.com to obtain a return authorization before returning the item. Any unauthorized returns will not be processed.
